Today started much like yesterday…woke up in a gas station. Grabbed a sausage buiscuit and a monster energy drink and then drove 4 hours. Rux and Wolf had a great bet going on…Rux had to talk only like a stereo typicall indian guy (very politically incorrect I am sure) and Wolf had to talk only like Meatwad from Aqua Teen Hunger Force. As soon as they woke up they had to start the game and whoever lasts the longest wins 1 week of Shelby’s per diems and a steak dinner from Trey. So it was funny to wake up to them talking like that…. But of course……it only lasted for like 2 hours or so. Did the same basic 4 hour drive while listening to podcasts thing. Podcast were cool but it was nothing worth noting…it was how stuff works.comagain. I need y’all to tell me some good ones, either funny or serious. The Handshake Murders gave us a burned Cd of 3 songs they just recorded (demo stuff) and I rock that pretty hard before the podcasting started. I hope they are able to release it sometime because I think it is the best stuff they have ever done. They have some sweet singing in it as well. It rules. After we got to the White Rabbit in San Antonio, David and I went to a burger joint down the road and I saw a random magazine….it had an article about Scary kids Scaring kids I don’t know anything about that band or anything.. but I guess they broke up…anyway, my point is…..the mag asked them if they feel like the band fullfilled what it set out to do or if they feel like it is ending too soon….the dudes said they were bummed they never made it to Japan…and it struck me personal….it made me really want to push and make Japan a realitly. We have had a couple of opertunities (in theory) but they have fallen through….but man, I want to make that happen real bad. Along with many other countires. The show ruled, hung out with some great folks for sure. Afterwards we went to Lu Lu’s to eat. It has the biggest chicken fried steak ever….it was so big that this resturant was on the show Man Vs Food. Anyway, I only got one that was like half….the big ones are like the size of McDonalds tray’s, they are huge. Our merch guy got the big one, but afterwards he puked for like 10 min. Anyway, right now I am at a Wal-mart and I am going to sleep it is 4.22 am. Day off tomorrow, should be sweet. Cheers. Josh
